Fortunate Youth Brings the Riddim at Jannus Live
There is no other venue quite like Jannus Live, especially when the likes of Fortunate Youth and Passafire come in to shake things up.
The two bands played through the night, despite the fact that a biting cold wind was blowing through the famous venue during the winter season. They kept friends and relatives warm with their performance. The combination of these two bands into one night is a musical feast for the ears. Each band contributed their own distinctive style of music, which was equally scrumptious and mouthwatering.
With their scorching guitar solos, throbbing bass rhythms, and juicy synthesizer scattered all throughout, Passafire gave the crunch that the filled musical pallet with their performance. The crowd stood captivated by the energy that was coming from the stage, and as a result, they pleaded for there to be more music playing in their ears. The audience's hunger increased during the performance, and Passafire was there to satiate it.
The set featured finger-licking bass lines that shook the earth below, so if Passafire supplied the crunch, then Fortunate Youth must have brought the zest.
Tantalizing guitar riffs made their way through the bass and stimulated the listener's ears.
The love that radiated from Fortunate Youth spread out into the audience, creating a real feeling of unity.
The audience didn't forget to bring their greens to pair with the tasty night of music, which resulted in a distinct haze being in the air.
Despite its density, love permeated every inch of it. This made the end of the night bittersweet, leaving everyone hungry for more. Those who yearned to keep the party going after they left the show grooved their way across the street to catch a pop-up set by Tyler Jaworski and Vincent Nuñez of up and coming band Ichroniq, who supplied the groove well into the night.
