The Magical Experience of a House Show

My mind goes back to the 90's when I think of House Party, but they are coming back as House Shows, a small backyard concert. Since covid started to shut events down, people came up with ways to keep them going and started house show's where music lovers come together to enjoy some live music from local bands in someone’s backyard for a magical experience. During the covid shut down I also joined Badda Skat as he was rolling around keeping things going, called the Truck back Tour, blasting tunes, bringing the good vibes to people all around Florida. It was truly an amazing feeling to see how much music can heal and help everyone during hard times. These house shows started off with local bands then turned into large bands from all over, these parties kept getting better and better. Even with large shows back rolling again we still look forward to these gatherings.

I've been to tons of different shows, concerts, large festivals and love them all but there is something different about being at a house show with your favorite bands and friends that you don’t get at these bigger shows. It’s that intimate feeling of being up close with your favorite artist playing their all-time hits, the comfortable atmosphere of feeling at home with friends and family. These are just a few of the magical moments I caught on camera, to say the least it’s always an unforgettable time, and just in case you do, that’s what I’m there for.

You don’t have to worry if you don’t know anyone at the house shows, it is not a sea of people to get lost in and everyone treats each other as family. We are all there for the same reason, The passion of Music. It is also like a VIP meet and greet like no other where the bands are there hanging out, taking photos and enjoying their time just like everyone else until they jump up and start playing the sweet melodies that brought everyone together. These parties are hosted by amazing people that are willing to open their homes and yards up to the bands and fans to come together and do what they love. Jamming and dancing the night away having the time of our lives. So do yourself a favor and either set up your own house show or find someone that can, also don’t forget to contact us to capture it for you, so you never forget.
