This year’s festival features an amazing lineup of reggae and roots artists from around the globe. From Bob Marley’s youngest son, Damian “Jr Gong” Marley to Dispatch and 311. This year’s line up even sprinkles in some hip-hop in between the reggae with Wiz Khalifa and the quickly rising Little Stranger gracing the stage.

The festival’s atmosphere is perfect for all ages and offers plenty of opportunity to keep the little ones busy as you dance and jam out to some of the genre’s best acts. With an art village in between the stages, showcasing some of the most eye-catching artists creating beautiful works of art over the span of the festival.

Full weekend of amazing music, art and people!

This year’s village will highlight artists such as Sebastian Coolidge, a self proclaimed bizarre muralist who creates some of the most iconic psychedelic works of art that’ll surely catch the eye. At Reggae Rise Up Florida 2022, Coolidge elevated his work to the next level and made his piece interactive, creating some insanely memorable moments.

Since its inception in 2015, Reggae Rise Up Florida has grown furiously in popularity each year. What began as a single day event within the parking lot of Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has transformed into an awe-inspiring weekend that features not only great music, but delicious food and plenty of vendors.

In years past, the festival has featured some of the biggest names in reggae and roots music, including Steel Pulse, Rebelution, and SOJA. In addition to reggae, the festival also features artists from other genres, such as ska, rock, and hip-hop, which adds to the diversity of the festival, and will surely keep your body grooving and your foot tapping.

Another unique aspect of Reggae Rise Up Florida is its focus on unity and oneness. The festival encourages attendees to get involved with Street Team events, where the official street team led by Paul King will gather to spread the good vibes of the reggae music by handing out flyers, stapling them where everyone can see, and simply demonstrating the beauty of the festival.

The festival atmosphere is electric, with festival-goers coming together to dance, sing to music that brings people together.
